Caitlin Zulla

Chief Executive Officer

SCA Health Chief Executive Officer Caitlin Zulla most recently held the dual role of chief administrative officer and chief financial officer with responsibility for ten separate business functions. In a previous role with MedAssets, she oversaw the revenue cycle services division. Caitlin earned a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University, and a Master of Public Health and Health Management from Columbia University. She is also earning a Master’s in Health Care Delivery Science from Dartmouth College.

Drew Baumgartner

Group Vice President, Development

Drew has been with SCA since 2015 and serves as group vice president, development. Drew previously served as vice president, development in the Midwest and Southeast. Prior to joining SCA, Drew held several consulting roles with Navigant Consulting (now Guidehouse) and Kaufman Hall. Drew earned Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame and his Masters in Business Administration from Marquette University.

Warren Cinnick

Group Vice President, Human Resources

Since joining SCA Health in 2017, Warren has served as the leader of human resources. Prior to SCA Health, he held executive human resources roles at Northwestern Medicine, Trinity Health, and General Electric (GE). Warren earned his MBA in Human Resources from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame.

Jordan Cox

Group Vice President, Operations

Jordan serves as a group vice president, operations. Since 2014, he has served SCA Health in a variety of operations and development roles. Prior to joining SCA Health, he supported strategy and business development at Henry Ford Health System. Jordan earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Carolina, received his MBA from The Citadel, and a Master of Science from Columbia University.

David Cutter

Group Vice President, Operations

David has been with SCA Health since 2016 and serves as a group vice president, operations. Prior to SCA Health, he was the vice president of clinical solution sales at Influence Health. He earned a Master of Science in Health Administration and a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and a Bachelor of Science from Millsaps College.

Group Vice President, Operations

Nancy serves as group vice president, operations. She joined SCA Health in 2013 as director of revenue cycle, health systems, and has since served in multiple operations roles. Nancy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Paine College.

Marie Edler

Chief Strategy Officer

Marie leads the strategy team focused on market strategy, new business incubation, identifying new ways and places to create growth for our partners, and how to create value between SCA Health’s business and primary care physicians. She previously led SCA Health’s payer engagement, contracting and government affairs teams. Prior to SCA Health, she served as director of reimbursement policy for the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association and vice president of managed care and compliance for Specialty Surgicenters Inc. She earned her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Public Health from Emory University.

Brandon Frazier

Group Vice President, Development

As Group Vice President, Brandon manages relationships with SCA Health’s largest customers; he joined SCA Health in 2013. His previous role at Ambulatory Surgical Centers of America (ASCOA) was focused on turning around struggling ASCs and building new surgery centers. He earned an undergraduate degree in Marketing and Management from Oklahoma Baptist University.

Amanda Frith

Group Vice President, Administrative Services

Amanda has been with the SCA Health team for more than 10 years. She most recently served as vice president, supply chain operations. In her role as group vice president of administrative services, Amanda is responsible for overseeing supply chain, analytics, information technology, diligence and integration, and communications and marketing. Amanda earned her MBA in Information Systems and her Bachelor of Science from University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Kathy Grichnik

MD, MS, FACE, Chief of Anesthesiology Services

Dr. Grichnik joined SCA Health in 2021 and serves as chief of anesthesiology services. Her prior roles include being the founder KPG Healthcare Consulting, the president of American Anesthesiology, the CMO at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital and the vice president of clinical development at Surgical Directions. Dr. Grichnik earned her MD from Tufts University School of Medicine, her Master of Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and her Bachelor of Arts from Wellesley College.

Mark began working for SCA Health in operations 15 years ago and now leads Development. Prior to SCA Health, Mark was senior vice president of operations for HealthMark Partners, Inc. and area operations manager for HealthSouth. Mark has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee.

Kyle joined SCA Health in 2015 and serves as group vice president, development. He previously served as vice president, development in the mountain west. Prior to SCA Health, Kyle worked in private equity at Metalmark Capital and investment banking at Credit Suisse. In her role as president, development, Erika is responsible for overseeing and managing development activities in midwestern and western states. Prior to her role at SCA Health, Erika worked in health care investment banking at Citigroup. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Loyola University Chicago.

Dare Meeks

Chief Nursing Officer

Dare serves as vice president and chief nursing officer, responsible for the development and deployment of clinical initiatives and outcomes across SCA Health. Her previous roles include vice president of clinical services for Practice Partners in Healthcare and as chief administrator for a large multispecialty ambulatory surgery center in Birmingham, Alabama. She is a registered nurse and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Auburn University, and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Dan Murrey

MD, PPM, Chief Physician Executive, SCA Health & Senior Vice President, Optum Care’s Specialty Care

An orthopedic spine surgeon, Dan co-founded and was chief executive officer of OrthoCarolina, one of the largest orthopedic practices in the country. Dan earned a Bachelor of Arts from Davidson College, Master of Public Policy from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government and his MD from Harvard Medical School.

Prior to SCA Health, he spent six years managing facilities in the highly regulated skilled nursing industry. He has 14 years of experience working in health care leadership. Genevieve joined SCA Health in 2015 and serves as Group Vice President. She is responsible for Revenue Cycle Operations at SCA Health and has a direct reporting relationship with our Team in India. Prior to joining SCA Health, Genevieve was a Director of Patient Financial Services at Rush University Medical Center. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University Of Illinois.

As a group vice president, Oren is responsible for operational and strategic initiatives, and he re-joined SCA Health in 2017. Oren is a board member of the California Ambulatory Surgery Center Association (CASA). He earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Phoenix.

Rikki has been with the SCA Health team for nearly six years. Beginning her tenure in operations and most recently serving as the vice president of diligence and integration and vice president of communications and marketing. Prior to SCA Health, she was a director at Sg2 healthcare intelligence. Rikki earned her MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and Bachelor of Arts from Bradley University.
